Irida from PGK provided exceptional support with the design of my kitchen and wardrobes. She created detailed drawings and came up with very creative ideas that were not only beautiful but also highly practical for everyday use. She was extremely accurate and confident in helping me choose the right colours, which turned out perfectly in line with my expectations. Throughout the whole process I felt very well cared for, as she was always helpful, patient and very polite. Irina also presented several ranges of furniture and worktop qualities, as well as different colour options, which made it much easier to choose the best combination for my needs and budget. I wanted a very specific, bespoke kitchen design. I had enquired with so many kitchen companies but every single one told me it couldn’t be done. I had almost given up until I came across PGK, and I’m so glad I did. Irida was my allocated designer and she was exceptional from start to finish. She approached my project with so much passion, care and attention, treating the kitchen as if it were her own and always wanting to create the best possible outcome. She visited my flat several times to make sure every detail was right and was always available to guide me throughout the project, before, during and even after. The kitchen has turned out exactly as I wanted. She truly understands your vision, your personality and how to bring everything together effortlessly. I had the best experience. We recently had a great experience buying a kitchen from PGK with the help of Irida. Irida explained to us all the options we had very clearly and helped design something for the small space we were dealing with. She helped maximise our storage and showed us lots of cool kitchen gadgets. It didn't stop after the sales process like it does with many other companies because she was brilliant alongside Silva and the PGK service team in following up with updates, tracking deliveries and arrivals. They all helped turned a potentially stressful situation into something very easy in the end. I would 100% recommend PGK and especially Irida to anyone looking for a new kitchen. I was fortunate to find out about the services that PGK provide in respect to bedroom wardrobes fitting and instalments. We made initial contact and arranged to visit their premises in Bounds Green where we were met by a courteous and pleasant lady by the name of Irida who explained the process of how PGK performs in client relationship. Irida showed us around the displays on site and then sat down with my wife and I to discuss our needs further. Irida’s knowledge was invaluable and enlightened us to understand what we could install in our house with the dimensions we were able to supply at the time. We now know that Irida graduated from university with a professional degree in architecture and design and this clearly was so beneficial in her understanding of what we wanted and put us at ease. Irida organised for a visit to our house to follow up with the correct measurements to be taken the following day. This was completed and a few days later we were invited to PGK showroom in Maida Vale to view the work plan and agree terms. Two fitters arrived on the date and time that was arranged to install the wardrobes. I did not catch their names but I can state that they were amazing, so professional and attention to detail was perfect. They went above and beyond their job description and left the rooms in a tidy manner. A big thank you to you both. In conclusion I would definitely recommend PGK for their services from start to completion. The service we were provided with was second to none. Please give a huge shoutout to all your staff as they are tremendous assets to your company and I would like to finish off by saying a job well done. Thank you John DUDDY Borehamwood
